Although David is a painter now....he still loves music and writes and performs every so often. I am friends with him and see him whenever he comes to LA, which is every once in awhile. He talks about doing some more recording at some point. He performed with the Pop at an Early Mankey tribute about a year ago at the Troubadour. He's a great guy!!

I've liked every song I've heard by this band since I picked up the DIY compilation The L.A. Scene (1976-79), which leads with "Down on the Boulevard". Surely I'm not the only one looking for this stuff to be reissued. It needs to happen before history forgets the scene entirely.
