Review by Joseph wedler

Comes Jazz by Bud Freeman And His Famous Chicagoans is a classic jazz album that showcases the talent and skill of some of the best musicians of their time. The album features Freeman on tenor saxophone, along with other notable jazz musicians such as Jimmy McPartland on cornet, Dave Tough on drums, and Jess Stacy on piano.

The tracks on Comes Jazz are a mix of upbeat and mellow tunes, with each musician taking turns to shine in their solos. The album opens with the lively "Copenhagen", followed by the soulful "China Boy". Other standout tracks include "The Eel", "Muskrat Ramble", and "At Sundown".

The recording quality of Comes Jazz is excellent, with each instrument and note clearly audible. The arrangements are well-crafted, with a balance between the different instruments and a smooth flow from one track to the next.

Wonderfully recorded. Toughs cymbals can be really heard. A couple of annoying skips along the way though.

Beste Don, bedankt voor je uploads!

Het zou fijn zijn als je de achternaam van de bassist correct spelde, dus met "Stuhl" in plaats van "Stulh".
