The tracklist is printed directly onto the disc. The third track really is described as "Bonus Track" and there is no indication of what the song is really called.
The first three tracks are from "Rec 001" and it states a release date of 18 June 01. The fourth track is from "Rec 002" with "Release date tbc".
The disc may not have a proper title, but since the Recreation logo is at the top, "Recreation" is as good a title as any.
