If You're Ready: The Best of Dunwich Records Volume 2 is a compilation album featuring a diverse range of artists from the Chicago-based Dunwich Records label. The album showcases the label's output from the mid-1960s to the early 1970s, including garage rock, psychedelic rock, and blues rock.
The album kicks off with the driving, bluesy "I'm A Man" by The Spencer Davis Group, a classic that still holds up today. From there, the album takes the listener on a journey through the various genres and sounds that Dunwich Records was known for.
Highlights include the groovy, psychedelic "Green-Eyed Lady" by Sugarloaf, the fuzzed-out garage rock of "Hey Joe" by The Leaves, and the soulful "Gotta Get Away" by The Amboy Dukes.
