wi؆th (¦£º) were a Japanese Eurobeat racing model group signed under Avex Trax in early 2002. In cooperation with the JCTC racing model promotions, wi؆th were formed through an audition process. Consisting of members Chinatsu Watatsuki, Iori, Satomi Takasugi and Kana Hoshino, their name comes from their initials. wi؆th attracted popularity from their promotions for JCTC and released two songs on Super Eurobeat's JCTC/Super GT compilation series in 2002, "Let's Spend The Night" (as well as a remix of the song in a separate SEB series the same year) and "Far And Away With Love". Due to their popularity, Avex signed the group temporarily under its' Avex Trax label, where they recorded and released their first original single, "Yourhythmix
