About Unique 3
British dance act from Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. Since 1988, they have produced a range of styles, including: hip-hop, rap, house, beats and breaks, and bleep.
In 1990, they broke the UK national top 30 (reaching no.29 on 14th April) with their hip-hop release 'Musical Melody', and enjoyed 4 top 5 club chart hits, and 2 club no.1s. Subsequently, their track 'The Theme' was included on both The Chemical Brothers' album of tracks that inspired them to make music, 'Brothers Gonna Work It Out', and on Warp Records' collection of early-house tracks that inspired them to set-up their label, called 'Warp 10+1 Influences'.

I had a Grooverider live mixtape back in the day and this was the first track on it. So good! .. and that bass!.. then he tore it up with The Theme. Man, I played that tape to death!! happy days :)
Takes me back to early raving days off my tits best days of my life
Absolutely not heard this for wow 30 years. I used to be a dancer and this album was so god dam inspirational to me. So good. Great to hear it. Wonder if it’s on vinyl.
This track always stank out the place, it still stinks hearing it now. Delicate vocals, tappy beats but a tribal bass that hit your soul every time - one of the best Brit tech tracks EVER.
