Review by Patricia de Ryck

Hei Kuule Suomi is an album by Finnish band Ultra Bra, released in 1995. The album features a unique blend of pop, rock, and folk music, with lyrics that are both poetic and political. The songs on Hei Kuule Suomi are sung in Finnish, and deal with issues such as feminism, social inequality, and the search for identity.

The album opens with the track "Sinä lähdit pois", a melancholic ballad about loss and heartbreak. This is followed by "Sankaritar", a feminist anthem that celebrates the strength and resilience of women. Other standout tracks include "Hautuumaa", a haunting song about death and mourning, and "Kroketti", a playful and upbeat tune that explores the complexities of love and relationships.
