Dynamic Tension is the fourth studio album by the British techno producer, Surgeon. Released in 1999, the album showcases Surgeon's unique style of hard-hitting, industrial techno.

The album's opening track, "Intro (Version II)", sets the tone with its ominous, atmospheric soundscape. The following tracks, such as "Bad Hands Part II" and "Dry Part III", are prime examples of Surgeon's ability to create intense, driving techno rhythms. The album also features a few more experimental tracks, such as "At the Heart of It All" and "Return", which incorporate ambient and industrial elements.
