British group performing pop music, popular in the 70s. The group was founded in 1973 in Leicester (England) and operates to this day. Performed mainly refreshed hits from the 50s.

I went into HMV to buy this ....I asked a person stocking the shelves...have you got this album ...he started laughing .....I was not amused .....he said no I don't think we will be having that in here ......so when I got home I got onto HMV complaining .......they responded ,....oh we are very sorry there will be a copy under the counter ......I said it's not good enough..you have every other CD and Album stocked on the shelves under the letter S
OMG i cant believe it has been that long ... Ive been a fan of SWW and remember seeing them many times in Sheffield and other cities.. also met them they were a great band
Showaddywaddy had so much energy. Their music made you feel great. They all had so much talent. I have Dave Bartram's book The Boys of Summer. It is a great read. It will make you laugh & make you cry. I am waiting for All Mapped Out, book by Dave Bartram's to arrive. AS it was out of stock.
Dave you are a true star and I saw you live twice in England.
Come back Dave, the band needs you
