The Presets' album My People is a must-listen for fans of electronic music. The Australian duo, Julian Hamilton and Kim Moyes, have crafted a collection of tracks that are both danceable and thought-provoking. The album opens with the pulsing beat of "Kicking and Screaming," which sets the tone for what's to come. The title track, "My People," is a standout with its catchy chorus and message of unity. "This Boy's in Love" is another standout, with its soaring synths and infectious melody. The album takes a darker turn with "Talk Like That," a brooding track that showcases Hamilton's vocals. "Yippiyo-Ay" is a highlight, with its tribal drums and hypnotic vocals. My People is a cohesive and impressive album that showcases the Presets' talents as both producers and songwriters.
