Radio disc jockey, studio engineer, singer and producer. b : 4 June 1954 in Port Antonio, Jamaica. d : 15 March 2008 in Stamford, Connecticut, USA. Founded the label, which was named after his radio show on JBC. He worked with in the early 1980's, producing the single "Bankrobber" and mixing dub versions for their "Black Market Clash" and "Sandinista!" albums.

The pineapple kush he mentions is my original creation but its not a kush. Mikey liked to call it that. It's a sativa. I used to DJ every time Mikey came to town and we became good friends. his absolute favorite thing was my pineapple so he wrote that song pound of weed here in Mendocino right after the show we did together and the flip side is a tribute to the pineapple.
