Marvin Gaye - The End Of Our Road

Review by Dear Pratama

Marvin Gaye's album "The End of Our Road" is a soulful and introspective journey through the ups and downs of love and heartbreak. The album, released in 1970, showcases Gaye's exceptional vocal range and emotional depth in each of the 11 tracks.

The title track, "The End of Our Road," is a standout with its haunting melody and poignant lyrics about a love that has come to an end. Gaye's delivery is raw and vulnerable, making the listener feel every word.

Other notable tracks include "I Wish It Would Rain," a soulful ballad about longing for a lost love, and "Save the Children," a socially conscious song about the plight of inner-city youth.

Does somebody know the line after "Lonely room - Friend of mine..." ?

Those horn arrangements just blow me away, to me it's the best part of the song.

No matter what Marvin sings, its a hit and sweet music to my ears. The first artist I fell in Love with while being raised upstairs over a jukebox in the 60's I'm an ARIES too.
