About Los Huaracheros
Los Huaracheros is a Spanish folk ensemble from Tenerife, Canary Islands. Founded in 1936 during the Spanish Civil War by lyricist (died 1994) and musician "El Perejil" (died 1988), they were later joined by Antonio Hernández Expósito "El Moro" (died 1977) and Mario García Pérez "Papelito" (died 1989). Later formation included , , Leandro Rodríguez, and Ángel Santos.
