Rover don't be sorry about the error.Many people have done the same!Yes The Belmonts did this number First.BUT---In 1959 Dion did this song (Where Or When) WITH The Belmonts.Slightly faster tempo & a little richer harmony.Yet over time the 1959 version stands up better.My opinion of course.Dion added that extra power in the vocals that The Belmonts lacked.If you listen to both version carefully,I think you will agree.Thanking you much for your consideration in this uploaded presentation .

From their 1972 album, "Cigars, Acappela, Candy". They recorded this right after appearing with Dion at Madison Square Garden for a reunion concert. I was there, and it was magic.

I guess I am just getting too old but these songs were the songs I sang to when I was a teenager and they make me cry now when I listen to them. They are so beautiful and meaningful. Today the songs are garbage for the most part. I am jealous that Rover tcb was there to hear them live singing this song. Beautiful, beautiful song, memories, sad.

No Dion here. But you get to hear the harmonies that lifted Dion to the top .When he left the Belmonts the perfection was somewhat lost.

Absolute crap. This one went higher than "I wonder why" and "Teenager in Love" on the pop charts, according to unreliable Wikipedia. It came after those two so maybe that's why, people figured it'd be good.

if u want a great version of just about any song (including this one) get spotify. it is free and if u exit spotify as soon as the song ends, u won't get the guy talking after the song.
